GERMINATION RATES - WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKS OF SEED EACH WILL BE LABELED WITH THE GERMINATION TESTING PERCENTAGE. ALL OF OUR SEED IS HAS BEEN TESTED WITH EACH NEW LOT AND EACH YEAR. THEY WILL BE NO LOWER THAN 80% PLUS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

Limited Warranty - We warranty our seeds to be true to name. We are certified by the New York Department of Agriculture. We warranty our seeds to be healthy and viable. All other warranties are specifically excluded, included but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for intended use and any warranty regarding future growth. Our warranty is limited to the 30 day period immediately after delivery to the carrier. All liablity for incidental and consequential damages is excluded from this limited warranty. The following remedy applies and is your exclusive remedy. Limited warranty claims may be resolved by the replacement of defective seeds only. All orders are accepted and shipments made subject to crop conditions and could be canceled, prorated or changed based on availability at the time of the shipment.
